Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We use Australia Post and Couriers to send our orders Australia Wide. The majority of items are included with tracking and shipping insurance.  

Shipping prices are automatically calculated which is based on weight and destination. You will be able to locate the cost of shipping under the checkout section. Large bulky items may not be calculated and we may send you a shipping quote.

We will not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days*. Once processed, your order should take between 2-10 business days depending on location.

* Please note some in some instances the product may take longer to arrive due to a product out of stock and/or supplier availability.

Warranty, Returns and Replacements

All our products are covered by the original factory/manufacturer’s warranty. Warranties are generally 12 months and up to 5 years on some certain products.

If a product is found to be faulty on arrival, please contact us within 7 days of receiving them. If the item is found to be faulty, we will send off a replacement or if not available you may exchange it for other items.

Please note items must be returned in the original packaging and must be accompaniment with a copy of the sales/tax invoice that originally issued to you.

Shipping costs that are returned to the store are responsibility of the purchaser.
